School of Robotics is partner in the WOW! project, co- financed by Erasmus Programme. This project’s aim is to connect with the European Union Initiative - Agenda for new skills and jobs. From March 14 through 19 all the partners will be guested by the Chile partner in a 5 days international meeting devoted to develop WOW! Learning Scenarios. Read more

Safer Internet Day (SID) is an international event taking place in February every year, which promotes a safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones by children and young people across the world. 9 Over the years, Safer Internet Day (SID) has become a landmark event in the online safety calendar. Starting as an initiative of the EU SafeBorders project in 2004 and taken up by the Insafe network , Safer Internet Day has grown beyond its traditional geographic zone and is now celebrated in more than 100 countries worldwide, and across six of the world’s seven continents. Call for the shape of the logo of RoboESL European Project

RoboESL is the name of a project co-funded by the Programme Erasmus Plus of the European Union. It is managed by Liceo Fermi of Genoa; the School of Robotics is among the project partners. The acronym RoboESL means Robotics-based learning interventions for preventing school failure and Early School Leaving. At the beginning of December 2015 the first RoboESL Transnational meeting took place in Genoa. Now, RoboESL needs a logo, and the partnership is calling for a contest to choose it. Read more

RoboESL is th name of a project co-funded by the Programme Erasmus Plus of the European Union. It is managed by Liceo Fermi of Genoa, and the School of Robotics is among the project partners. The acronym RoboESL means Robotics-based learning interventions for preventing school failure and Early School Leaving. On December 2nd and 3rd 2015 the first project Transnational meeting will take place in Genoa. The European partners - coming from Latvia, Italy, and Greece - will be planning the project activities devoted to support learning methodology for fragile students, preventing them to early leaving school. School of Robotics Emanueel Micheli is going to give a talk at the Erickson Conference on "The Quality of School inclusion". Micheli will present some case studies where the use of robotics kit and of the humanoid robot NAO have improved the learning abilities of SEN students.
