AppTheIsland was developed by School of Robotics. After months of hard work it is now available to download on the app store. With it you, your friends and your family can experience the sea in a whole new way. You will be able to take pictures of plants and sea life you come across while snorkeling or scuba diving. Within the app their is a log of all the different types of sea life that you may encounter, you can then use that information to idenify what you have seen. After your sea excursion your IPhone will atotmatically send GPS information to the server at School of Robotics this way the Marine Protected Area of Bergeggi will monitor crowsourcing data of its fauna and flora.
