„Robotic Visions to 2020 and beyond – The Strategic Research Agenda for Robotics in Europe”
Reading time: 0.5 minutesOver the past three years, Europe’s leading robot manufacturers, system integrators, research institutes and universities have intensely engaged themselves with questions regarding the future of robotics. With the support of the research project CARE, which is funded by the European Commission, a common agenda has been set up for the first time: the Strategic Research Agenda for Robotics in Europe. It gives a concrete vision for the development of the robotics market to 2020 and beyond.
EUROP, the European Robotics Technology Platform, would like to present the SRA’s main results to you at this press conference. You will be introduced to a vision detailing future products and how automation technologies will enter all aspects of the lives of all European citizens. These visions will be backed up with real exhibits showing both ground-breaking research and some of the most advanced products available on the market today.
