For social and cultural reasons, in this school and age group girls begin to consider subjects - and professions - STEMs and technoscientific as: interesting, challenging, useful to improve their social identity and develop social relationships, but also impossible or difficult to pursue as professions: the latter incompatible with the care of a family. The workshop will present how through robots and simple devices (Arduino) you can create new professions related to your predispositions and skills. Robotics and Artificial Intelligence applied to the world of work will be able to give life to new ways of working, applying new technologies to many fields not previously technologized. This will facilitate the entry of girls and women into a professional world traditionally dominated by males.
